How to Track Your Order
- Check your email or SMS for the shipping confirmation from PMX
- Locate your tracking number in the message
- Visit the courier partner's website and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates

PMX works with trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and DTDC to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days
- International Orders: 10–18 business days
Order Not Received?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at support@paramixclothing.com with your Order ID. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
