Return & Refund Policy

At Paramix Clothing (PMX), your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• Item is not from the sale or clearance category (final sale items are non-returnable)
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@paramixclothing.com with your Order ID and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or pickup instructions
4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our logistics partner

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process and mention your preferred replacement.
