All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

International Shipping

PMX ships to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. PMX is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or customs clearance.
